Shipping Providers & Tracking

Delivery will be made to the address specified on the order by the customer or its agent, or to other such addresses as notified to us. ships worldwide with a variety of shipping providers, we select the shipping provider depending upon your location and the goods you have ordered. If we have a tracking number available for your order, we will post this on your order history page, and confirm this via e-mail, stating the shipping provider we have selected and how to access the tracking information regarding your consignment, all our shipping requires a signature on delivery.


International Deliveries

* Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company or post office will either contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost, delaying your delivery time as goods held at customs.

Alternatively the courier service or post office will require payment of import or customs duties upon delivery. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Routine For Men Ltd to you.



As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports orders are shipped out of London, England together with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in UK Pounds. International Returns Goods will be accepted for credit provided they are received at the warehouse within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice, provided that You have contacted us by e-mail not later than 24 hours after the goods have been received by you and have agreed the return with us; the e-mail thereof shall include a digital readable scan of the proof of delivery to you; The proof of delivery to your address shall include: receipt time and a readable date. liability to the customer for negligence, breach of contract and statutory duty is limited to the cost of replacing the goods ordered. It is not intended that any contract between the supplier and the customer for the supply of Goods should be enforceable by any third party. Any waiver by the Supplier of any of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the particular instance and shall not operate or be deemed to operate as a future waiver of that or any other term.

It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations. declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colours of the products visualised on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.

In the event there is a difference or delivery issue with an item, will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund.

Returns and Exchange

For all returns, exchanges and refunds please follow the below procedure:

Submit written notification to within 7 days of receiving your order.

Clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.

To request a refund the original payment method will be used. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been authorized

For international returns we ask you kindly return your order via a track-able means.

Refunds will be made to you once your original package have been received in their original, re-saleable condition at our warehouse unless otherwise agreed.

For any return , the client will bare all costs and the goods remain the client’s full responsibility until accepted at our warehouse. and its Merchant partner sites will not accept returns for any non-faulty items have been opened and/or used. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please note that items should be returned in its original packaging. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
